About Allison Cowell

I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in the State of Maryland. I have worked in the field of mental health for over fifteen years. I started out as a school counselor, and then made the switch to becoming a clinical therapist, in order to work with people of all ages and to pace the work in a way that is right for each individual.

It is my belief that everyone deserves a non-judgmental and safe space to gain insight and learn how to put that insight into practice. Using many different therapeutic interventions, my goal is to meet you where you are at and help you get where you want to be. My clients most identify with family/life transitions, trauma, anxiety, and depression.
