About Allison Cowell
I am a Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor in the State of Maryland. I am a former school counselor for ten years and have an array of experience in working with children and teens. I believe that having the right tools can help you achieve your goals.
Using my teacher background, I really like to break things down for my clients. This makes the information, tools, and strategies I present easier to understand and process. I found my clients feel stronger in their work with me because of this. I also know that not every person learns information the same way.
