I am deeply passionate about working with children and their families, and I truly love the work that I do. I believe every child and family has unique strengths, needs, and ways of connecting. My goal is to create a therapy space that feels supportive, engaging, and tailored to each client’s developmental stage, personality, and goals.
In therapy, I work to help clients feel understood while also building practical tools for emotional regulation, communication, coping, and growth.
Grounded Support. Meaningful Change.
How Therapy With Me Feels
Therapy with me feels active, supportive, creative, and compassionate. I believe therapy should be engaging and responsive to the person in front of me, especially when working with children who may not express themselves best through sitting still and talking.
I enjoy incorporating movement, play, creativity, and hands-on activities into sessions when they help clients feel more comfortable, connected, and supported. For children, therapy may include play, art, movement, games, or other developmentally appropriate strategies that help them express what they are feeling and practice new skills.
With families and adults, I bring a compassionate, strengths-based approach that balances emotional support with practical tools. My goal is to hold space for the complexity of what you are navigating while also helping you move toward meaningful progress.
