My Focus Areas!

How Therapy With Me Feels

Therapy with me feels supportive, attuned, and nonjudgmental. I strive to create a space where you can safely explore your thoughts, emotions, experiences, and questions without fear of shame or criticism.

I believe deeply in self-determination. This means I do not see my role as giving you all the answers. Instead, I walk alongside you as you uncover what feels true, meaningful, and aligned for your life. I may offer tools, insights, reflection, and support, but the direction of our work will always be guided by your values, your pace, and your goals.

Clients can expect a therapeutic relationship rooted in trust, mutual respect, compassion, and curiosity. Together, we will work toward greater clarity, resilience, confidence, and a deeper understanding of yourself.

Approaches I May Use

I use a compassionate, client-centered, and values-informed approach, choosing interventions based on your needs, goals, and pace.

Professional Experiences That
Shape My Work

My work is shaped by a belief in each person’s right to self-determination. I believe therapy should honor your voice, your lived experience, and your ability to make choices that align with your values and goals. I am especially committed to working with veterans, active-duty service members, Guardsmen, Reservists, First Responders, and their families. I understand that service-related roles can bring unique stressors, expectations, transitions, and emotional weight that may not always be easy to explain to others. My background in Employee Assistance Programs has also deepened my passion for supporting people through workplace challenges, including bullying, harassment, trauma, performance concerns, burnout, and professional stress. These experiences shape the way I approach therapy: with compassion, curiosity, respect, and a desire to help clients feel empowered in their own lives.
