Join our Team!
Where the passion to help others meets a
fun-friendly environment

Why join our team?
Do you want to work at a place that values you as a person and a clinician? A place where you can feel connected but still work independently. Maybe your looking for more guidance and direction in your clinical skills.
Are you tired of being overworked and underappreciated? Does your supervisor make you feel supported and valued for your hard work?
Your employer may claim to be flexible, but that’s not always the case. If you continue working at an elevated pace without consideration of your own needs, you’ll soon feel burnt out and resentful of the field you were once very passionate about.
You value loyalty and dedication. But staying in a job that doesn’t encourage creativity, learning, or work-life balance is not healthy for you or the life you want. Perhaps going out on your own feels like too much work, but you love the idea of working with clients who you know will match well with your skills and experience.
Consider working with us because we support your overall wellbeing, and we provide the flexibility to not only care for yourself, but to rediscover your passion for helping others through their own life struggles.

We may be a good fit if…
» You are motivated to see clients who are in your desired and growing niche.
» You enjoy the flexibility of a schedule that aligns with your values (some minimum scheduling requirements do apply).
» You enjoy autonomy, but do not want to be completely on your own.
» You align with our values.
» You want to be part of an inclusive and collective practice.
» You’d like the opportunity to embrace your creativity while working with clients.
