Join our Team!

Where the passion to help others meets a

fun-friendly environment

Why join our team?

Do you want to work at a place that values you as a person and a clinician? A place where you can feel connected but still work independently. Maybe your looking for more guidance and direction in your clinical skills.

Are you tired of being overworked and underappreciated? Does your supervisor make you feel supported and valued for your hard work?

Your employer may claim to be flexible, but that’s not always the case. If you continue working at an elevated pace without consideration of your own needs, you’ll soon feel burnt out and resentful of the field you were once very passionate about.

You value loyalty and dedication. But staying in a job that doesn’t encourage creativity, learning, or work-life balance is not healthy for you or the life you want. Perhaps going out on your own feels like too much work, but you love the idea of working with clients who you know will match well with your skills and experience.

Consider working with us because we support your overall wellbeing, and we provide the flexibility to not only care for yourself, but to rediscover your passion for helping others through their own life struggles.

We may be a good fit if…

» You are motivated to see clients who are in your desired and growing niche.

» You enjoy the flexibility of a schedule that aligns with your values (some minimum scheduling requirements do apply).

» You enjoy autonomy, but do not want to be completely on your own.

» You align with our values.

» You want to be part of an inclusive and collective practice.

» You’d like the opportunity to embrace your creativity while working with clients.

What our Staff are saying about us...

“Turning Stone Counseling is comprised of genuine and compassionate therapists. Each therapist has different interest areas, and strengths. I could not ask to be surrounded by a greater wealth of information and support!! The work climate is set by the owner Carlada, who could not be more authentic, knowledgeable, or kind. And is maintained by our amazing support staff Lauren and Susan, who ensure that both clients and therapists have their questions answered from their first call to Turning Stone Counseling until their last.”

What our staff say about us!

“the moment I met Carlada and learned about the practice, I felt a connection and desire to become part of her team. She embraces flexibility, growth and creativity in a diverse and non-judgemental space. The therapists and staff are all wonderful, compassionate, talented individuals who are committed to helping others. The office environment is not only beautiful, but clean and comfortable. It is a friendly and uplifting place to be when I’m not teleworking, truly a home away from home, which is rare and SO appreciated. I don’t think I’ve ever been happier with the support from leadership and the team of dedicated, caring and fun people I work with each day. I tell everyone I know that TSC is an amazing place to work!”
