Step 3 – Complete the Forms we send you through our client portal and Show Up for your appointment.

How do I pick the right therapist?

Picking the best therapist involves alot of factors.

Start with writing down exactly what you are looking for in a therapist including their qualities, availability (days and times that work best for you), types of therapies you feel may help you meet your goals, location, and then payment/insurance needs.

From there begin your search. You may not find someone that meets all of your needs but atleast you have a good starting point. Don’t be afraid to ask the call center for exactly what your looking for before settling on items.
